Chalet and Vacant Lot Financing: 20% Down, 

The rates are:
1- Fixed at Wall Street Journal Prime + 1 (currently 7.0%)
2- Variable at Wall Street Journal Prime + .50 (currently 6.5%). This rate is based on you opening an account for automatic loan payment with Millennium Bank. Otherwise the variable rate is Wall Street Journal Prime + 75 basis pts. (currently 6.75%) The variable rate loan will have a floor of 6%.

Both loans will balloon in 7 years, with a 25 year amortization, have a 1% origination fee of the loan amount, and you will be responsible for all other third party fees that Millennium Bank should incur.
