2008-2009 Rental Income Averrages

The following was provided by the Rental Manager for ACCU, Inc. in Denver. This is Gross Income, before the 40% management fee was deducted for the period of August 2008 through August 2009.

            Deluxe Chalet                $7371

            Standard Chalet             $7003

            Lodge RV site                $6864

            Pull/Thru RV site            $6142

            Swan River site              $7701

            Blue River site               $5423

Please keep in mind that the income for any particular site is dependant upon location, owner use, guest requests, economic factors etc. Also, these numbers should be a bit higher next year as our rate increase has only been in effect for 4 months of these averages.
