Common Tiger Run Resort Questions

1: How much are the Association Fees? $250 per month which primarily covers common-area maintenance but also water and sewer, cable TV, Wi-Fi, Trash, and lawn mowing.

2: Can I rent my Chalet or Rv Site? Yes, there is an on-site management company who can handle it for you.

3: How much are taxes? Taxes range from $500 annually to $1,500 per year depending on the sites assessment value.

4: How close is the resort to the slopes? Tiger Run Resort is located approximately 3 miles from Breckenridge Ski Resort. The Summit County Free Shuttle Bus stop is conveniently located at Tiger Run for easy access to Breckenridge and Frisco.

5: What Amenities are available at Tiger Run? A 12,000 sf Clubhouse is centrally located in the Resort complex and contains an indoor swimming pool, two hot tubs, game room, TV lounge, laundry facility, bathrooms with showers and dressing area. Outside we have a volleyball court, basketball court, two tennis courts, and children's playground. Our pavilion with its large rock fireplace serves as a great meeting place for summer entertainment and activities. For the fishing enthusiast, the Blue River borders the Resort on the west boundary, and the Swan River runs through the Resort. Only artificial lures may be used and a Colorado fishing license is required. Trails for Mountain Biking and Hiking lead to the Resort.

6: How close is Tiger Run Resort to Denver?  We are located just 75 miles west of Denver, Colorado, between the historic mining towns of Breckenridge and Frisco. To reach Tiger Run Resort from Interstate 70, take Exit 203 and proceed south on Highway 9 six miles past Frisco. You'll find our resort on the left side of the roadway, clearly marked with our large stone and wood carved sign.

7: Can I live at Tiger Run year round? No. Occupancy of the Park Home and Recreational Vehicle sites within the Property is restricted to short-term Owner or renter occupancy.  Occupancy by Owners (including occupancy by an Owner’s renters, family, guests, invitees, or any combination thereof) within the Resort Community is limited to a cumulative total of 240 days per calendar year.  These occupancy limitations apply to all Owners (including occupancy by an Owner’s renters, family, guests, invitees, or any combination thereof) and cannot be extended regardless of the number of units held by any Owner.

8: Are there any Special Assessments? Yes, the Board has passed a 2010 Special Assessment in the amount of $270. This will be to balance the 2010 Budget and provide an ample Reserve Fund.

9: Are Pets allowed? Yes. The County code does not allow more than an aggregate of 3. You can have two dogs and one cat or two cats and one dog. You will find that Breckenridge is a very "Pet Friendly" area. Of course, all pets must be kept on a leash or under voice control and Owner's are expected to clean up after their pets

10: Is the land Leased Land or Fee Simple? All sites within the community are owned Fee Simple.

11: Is Financing Available? Yes. Millennium Bank is offering loans with a minimum of 25% down. We can always make your offer conditioned upon you obtaining suitable financing. In a few cases, the Seller may be willing to hold short term financing. Call us for more details!

 12. Can I install a Hot Tub on my lot? Hot Tubs are not allowed at this time due to water restrictions.
